All of our fine-art prints are produced to order. Once your order has been placed, it is sent to one of our specialist print fulfilment partners for production, packaging and delivery.

Production times

Fine-art prints are typically produced within 1–3 working days. During particularly busy periods, production may take slightly longer.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from a production facility located as close to the delivery destination as reasonably possible. This helps reduce shipping distances and delivery times.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Any delivery estimate provided at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

International orders may occasionally experience delays caused by customs, local postal services, weather, strikes or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking is provided where available. Some economy or standard postal services may not include full tracking.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at tileyelijah@gmail.com .

Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged to the customer.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at tileyelijah@gmail.com and we will investigate.

Damaged orders

If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Prodigi currently states that fine-art production is generally around 24–72 hours in its UK/EU/US facilities and 48–72 hours in Australia, with shipping time added afterwards.
